We are now on the fourth and final trail of Ephesians 1:4-6. The verse is set in the
context of the blessings of redemption.
From Ephesians 1:4-6, we see that God has
chosen those who would believe in Christ Jesus to be His own children before
the foundation of the world. Hence, as
the Source of salvation, Christ Jesus is also the way to be reunited with God
the Father.
Therefore, the gist of the verse is:
“Believers are chosen children of God”.
