We are now at the station of Genesis 12:2-3. It is set in the context of the Abrahamic Covenant as recorded in Genesis 12:1-4.

As can be seen from the footnote, Genesis 12:2-3 is the basic outline of the Abrahamic Covenant.

The verse points to the station of Galatians 3:8, which we will be visiting later.  Let’s visit the next station of Genesis 13:16.
