Volume 2 Isaiah 42:1 : 1st Trailhead – 2nd Trail – 1st Track – 3rd Checkpoint – 1st Path – 1st Station
We are now at the
station of Hebrews 3:2. It is set in the context of Jesus our High
Priest as recorded in Hebrews 3:1-6.
To reiterate, Jesus is
hidden in the Old Testament and revealed in the New Testament. In this connection, we can infer that Jesus
was the antitype of Moses. An
antitype refers to a person or thing represented or foreshadowed by
a type or symbol; especially a figure in the Old Testament having a
counterpart in the New Testament.
