Volume 1 - The Love of God

The Messianic Credentials Volume 1 Book Cover

The first volume of this series plays a preparatory role just as how John the Baptist announced the arrival of the Promised Messiah.   It is to prepare the heart to receive the love of Father God through Christ crucified.    The other four volumes deal with each of the four written prophecies, very much like how the four Synoptic Gospels wrote about the earthly ministry of Jesus.   I am cognizant of the fact that the Book of John is of a class on its own.   John's Gospel is different from the other three accounts in that his primary goal was not to provide a historical treatment of the life of Jesus but to exalt the Person of Jesus so that men would believe on Him and be saved.

Volume 2 - God's Promise Concerning His Servant

The Messianic Credentials Volume 2 Book Cover

In the second volume of this series, you will find that the written prophecy about the Promised Messiah could be rightly divided as follows:

1.    The first verse is about how God would identify the Promised Messiah on earth;
2.    The second to fourth verses describe the Promised Messiah; Who He was and what He would be like;
3.    Isaiah 42:5 tells us Who commissioned the Promised Messiah; and

4.    The last two verses reveal the purpose for which the Promised Messiah was sent.

Volume 3 - Salvation Reaches the End of the Earth

The Messianic Credentials Volume 3 Book Cover

Jesus of Nazareth was born to die the death of the Cross.    Even before birth, He was despised and hated but yet held in awe.    You will find the scriptural basis when you explore the trail head of Isaiah 49:7 in the third volume of this series.    When the appointed time for the fulfilment of the redemption plan arrived, the beloved Son of God as Jesus of Nazareth allowed Himself to be crucified as the perfect sacrificial Lamb.   He was not murdered and neither was He suicidal.   Read all about it in Volume 3.   It speaks volumes about Him.

Volume 4 - God Helps His Servant

The Messianic Credentials Volume 4 Book Cover

In the fourth volume which deals with Isaiah 50:4-9, you will get to see the iron resolve of Jesus of Nazareth to accomplish His Messianic mission despite the intense opposition.   You will soon realize that even Iron Man and The Iron Lady pale in comparison.

Volume 5 - The Suffering Servant Exalted

The Messianic Credentials Volume 5 Book Cover

The quality and success of an occasion hinges on the amount of preparation that goes into it.   The ultimate sacrificial lamb was tested and proven to be without spot or blemish.    In this Marker, you will get to see how God prepared Jesus of Nazareth to be the perfect sacrificial Lamb from even before birth.   He was well prepared, so to speak, before being deployed as the Perfect sacrifice for sin.   For the lack of a better example, just relate to how one would prepare the turkey for Thanksgiving.    We have been purchased with the precious blood of a spotless and unblemished sacrificial lamb (1 Peter 1:19).    You will also get to see a biblical example of deployment without prior preparation.  Again, the scriptural basis can be found in this fifth volume.
